This age was called “L’Age du Renne” – the Age of the Reindeer – and along with the physical and cultural evolution that took place, there were deep and powerful mystical and mytho-poetic tides that were guiding and infusing Gaia. The Reindeer were intimately woven into human evolution, both physically and spiritually. Those early tribes would follow the deer pathways as they migrated.  The deer tracks were the Song Lines – the deer walked the electro-magnetic currents of the planetary grid and people followed the deer. The deer gave them meat and myth, and humans brains/perceptions and origin myths were all interwoven with the nourishment from the deer herds. 

It was at that time that the Deer Mothers were tending the original feminine and planetary Christ energies through their tending of the Dragon Song lines of the planet. The Deer Mothers were the priestesses of their families and they were revered for their communion with the deer spirits and thus their capacity to guide the community in thriving with the Earth. Humanity would not be who we have become without the interweaving of reindeer consciousness with our own. We survived because of the deer. 

The Deer Mothers were the ancestors of the lineages that we have come to know as the Grail lineages. They are the grandmothers of souls like Eve, Anna, Mary, Magdalene, Morgana, Guinevere, Cailleach, Danu and of course Elen of the Ways. They are the feminine Christ keepers of the dragon Song of the Sangraal, the song that the Earth sings through her seasons.
